Computers invade our lives and our spaces,
And even the most unlikely work places,
Where everything stops at the "technical hitch"
And people develop a "virtual" twitch.
Sod's rule and something known as "Murphy's Law"
Demonstrate the purpose computers are for,
Without the occasional crash, and confusion,
We'd not live our lives in a state of illusion.
If micro's are quicker than humans, then pray,
Why is it we spend hours in queues every day?
I'm forced to conclude, and I'm sorry to say,
Give me a notebook and a pen any day.
