George W. Bush and Tony Blair are having dinner in the White House.  One of the guests get near them and asks them what are they discussing about.

"We are making plans for the third Great War",  says Bush.

"Oopps!",  -says the guest-,  and  "What are those plans?"

"We are going to kill 400 millions of muslims and a dentist",  says Bush.

"A dentist??!!  Why a dentist??",  asks the guest.

Then Blair says to Bush,  "As I told you,  the plan works.  Nobody is going to ask for the muslims".
