Vegan ice-cream!

Ingredients (use vegan versions):-

* bananas
* fructose (optional)
* dates (optional)
* tahini (optional)

Directions:-

All you do is peel the bananas and wrap them in cling film. Put in the freezer overnight. Once frozen, put the bananas in a food processor or a blender with a strong blade and pulverize the bananas until it forms into a smooth, creamy consistency.

At this stage you can add whatever you like; you can add dates tahini, frozen pineapple, fructose, etc.

(Tahini is particularly good, or if you can't find tahini try peanut butter)

Serve immediately or briefly put back in the freezer to keep it frozen until you want to use it.

Serves: 4-6

Editors' note - A drizzle of Maple Syrup over this is just the thing!
