I have added this verse for you to add to your greetings cards. It was intended for a Mothers Birthday card, but if you read it carefully some of the lines of the verse could be easily changed. You could change it to refer to a Mother's Day verse, or perhaps to a Special Occasion verse. Maybe you want to send this verse to a close male relative? If so you could change Mother to Father. What you do with this verse is up to you.

Just remember the limitations that I have placed at the foot of the verse. Happy card making.

You are a special Mother,
Of that there is no doubt.
For you have given all
And yourself, you've gone without.

You have always given me
The most important things in life
Support, help, love
And the most important, Advice.

You let me make my own way,
And when I went wrong,
You were there with help.
It's you that made me strong.

So on this special birthday.

I may not always say it,
