The Mermaid’s Reverie: Fragile X Remix

Due to personal reasons I am a bit late posting that Fragile X has done a remix of my track The Mermaid’s Reverie. Check out his remix below.

BBC Micro Image Converter: Incorrect Version

The BBC Micro Image Converter download that should have been version 0.20 was incorrect and actually a duplicate of version 0.13. This has now been fixed and apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Remix “The Mermaid’s Reverie”

Fancy having a go at remixing my track The Mermaid’s Reverie? If so you may be interested to hear I have released the individual stems for it.

If you have done a remix you can showcase it at the SoundCloud group The Mermaid’s Reverie: Remixes.

The first remix submitted, featured below, is by Leit Motif which gives The Mermaid’s Reverie a more ambient vibe.

Be sure to check back at the group for more remixes!

Happy remixing! (^_^)

New Track Added: Catch One’s Heart

My latest track Catch One’s Heart, which is dedicated to my wonderful wife, has been released and is available on SoundCloud and BandCamp:

Bricolage : VA Volume 3 (bc011)

a0245713876_10Bricolage Collective has released a new compilation album featuring one of my music tracks. Please show your support by checking out the album which is available via BandCamp.

From Bricolage’s BandCamp page:

Volumes 1 and 2 of our various artists compilations spanned all corners of the globe and provided some fantastic sounds. For Volume 3 we’ve stayed closer to home and delivered a substantial range of tracks that are all products of Scotland. In sticking with the theme of the previous compilations, the sounds are as eclectic as ever. Music from Alpha Skies, Dreamland Fantasy, Nova Noma, Gregor Garnutsi and many more.

New Track Added: A Train Goes By

This is my submission for The Piano Cloud’s Haiku Challenge.

A haiku is a very short form of Japanese poetry. The haiku that inspired this track is:

A train goes by,
its smoke curling
around the new tree leaves
– Masaoka Shiki

Merry Christmas!

Wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas and all the best for 2016! (^_^)

New Track Added: The Mermaid’s Reverie

It’s been a long while since I’ve written any new music. This track was written mainly just to get me back into the swing of things and to try out some new mixing and effects techniques. Enjoy! (^_^)
