Nuttie Flapjacks.

Ingredients


  • One hundred grams (or four ounces), of Self Raising Flour.
  • Two hundred grams (or eight ounces), of Sugar.
  • One hundred grams (or four ounces), of Oats.
  • One hundred and fifty grams (or six ounces), of crushed Cornflakes.
  • Two hundred grams (or eight ounces), of Butter.
  • Thirty milli-litres (or 2 table spoons), of Golden Syrup.


Method


Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl.

Gently melt the butter and golden syrup together.

Mix it in with the dry ingredients.

Spread the mixture evenly into a greased tin.

Bake in a moderately hot oven (one hundred and eighty degrees Centigrade, or three hundred and seventy four degrees Fahrenheit), for about fifteen minutes.

Cut it into fingers while it's still warm and soft.

And now the best bit.... Eat them before everyone else does!
